Residents of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 116 (FBCMUD 116) should be advised regarding the recent weather event and the automatic billing system provided by First Billing Services. First Billing Services is a third-party billing and payment solution company for Si Environmental, the District Operator.
Due to the extreme weather that Texas has endured, multiple homes have experienced water leaks which are resulting in larger than normal dollar amounts due on their water bills.
Si Environmental and First Billing Services are strongly advising residents who are currently enrolled in Automatic Payment to review their water bill as soon as it is received.
If a resident finds their bill is in the larger than normal range, FBCMUD 116 and Si Environmental encourage residents to contact First Billing Service at 855-270-3592 and their customer service representatives will be more than happy to assist with either canceling the Automatic Payment or skipping one month. Their offices are open Monday – Friday from 7am to 5pm CST.
Residents can also login online to access their account and make any changes necessary at sienv.firstbilling.com.
